A team of experts from the Association for community self-organization assistance presented the results of the study of the state and prospects of development of socio-cultural infrastructure in the amalgamated territorial communities (ATC).
The study examined the regulatory and financial conditions for the functioning of socio-cultural infrastructure in the ATCs; the demand of the population of Ukraine for the use of some of its elements; evaluated the quality of cultural services in the pilot ATCs of Odessa region and the degree of satisfaction with their accessibility; identified good practices and experiences of innovation in the cultural field, including the support and development of local socio-cultural infrastructure.
The Chairman of the Association Oleksii Kolesnykov and sociologist Victoria Balasanyan spoke about these aspects at the presentation.
